Duties and responsibilities:Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the successful execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Maintain a good relationship with clients, third party companies and all stakeholders Management of client contracts Management and tracking of assets Develop a detailed project plan to track progress of projects Track and manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Report and escalate to management as needed Develop an environment of continuous improvement through best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships and mature these capabilities for the organisation. In time measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Communicate and provide reporting across both team and stakeholder levels on Project timings, milestones and deliverables Requirements:
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects Experience in FMCG/Retail advertising and/or marketing preferable Experience in end to end delivery of scoped projects Experience in the implementation of project management methodologies High level of proficiency Microsoft office and Google suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint Project management software skills would be beneficial Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment Ability to present to business stakeholders and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management Strong planning and organisation skills Attention to detail Ability to build relationships through communication and collaboration
