Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Recruitment & Sales
Drive student enrolments by effectively promoting our institution and academic programmes. Conduct school visits to engage with students, career counsellors, and educators. Build strong relationships with high schools in the Vereeniging area to establish a steady pipeline of prospective students. Provide personalised consultations to prospective students and their parents, assisting them in choosing the right programme. Follow up on leads, enquiries, and applications to ensure successful conversions.2. School Engagement & Marketing
Represent the institution at school career expos, open days, and other promotional events. Deliver engaging presentations to students, showcasing available study options and career prospects. Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand visibility at partnering schools. Identify new opportunities to expand outreach and increase student enrolments.3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout the enrolment process. Provide guidance and support on application requirements, admission criteria, and programme details. Address concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive student experience. Keep accurate records of student interactions and maintain a well-organised CRM database.4. Reporting & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager. Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, school visits, and enrolment figures. Analyse recruitment trends and suggest strategies to improve performance.Key Requirements:
Education & Experience
Minimum: Matric (Grade 12) qualification. A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous. Experience: At least 1-3 years in sales, preferably in education, recruitment, or a similar industry. Track Record: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or student recruitment with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident public speaking and presentation abilities. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach. Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with schools and students. Good administrative and organisational skills.
