Description:

My client, in business since 2006, is looking for an Office Administrator with good general Administration skills to:
  • Do Invoicing
  • Answer the telephone
  • Manage the reception area. (Few visitors are expected so this will be a very small part of duties)
  • Do scanning, photocopying, binding, etc.
  • Assist where required in the office or factory with general (reasonable) tasks like printing labels, etc.
  • Do any other general Office Administration tasks and dutiesYou may be the successful candidate to join the Parklands factory team to exceed customer and management expectations if you are a lady ideally between 30 and 40 years old and have:
    • Experience working with Pastel.
    • A proven track record (3+ years) as an Office Administrator or similar position
    • The personality attributes and administrative skills typically associated with successful Office Administrators
    • Grade 12 plus, preferably, some secondary Computer, Admin or other relevant education.
    • Basic Bookkeeping/Accounting skills
    • Experience working with MS Office suite.
    • Good bilingual (Afrikaans & English) communication skills (verbal & written).
