Regional Manager – Warehousing, Cleaning and Secur

Description:

• Regional Manager to oversee operations within our warehousing, cleaning, and security divisions.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing large teams and coordinating services across multiple sites.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly, focusing on customer satisfaction, performance, and profitability.
• This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a key accounts or similar management role in warehousing, cleaning, or security. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of site managers and staff in warehousing, cleaning, and security functions.
  • Provide coaching and support to ensure high performance, employee development, and a positive work culture.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities across the region, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to contract specifications.
    • Ensure the smooth running of warehouse activities, cleaning schedules, and security protocols.

      Client Relations:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
      • Ensure that customer requirements are met and exceeded. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently.

        Health and Safety Compliance:

        • Ensure that all operations adhere to health and safety regulations, providing a safe environment for all employees and clients.
        • Regularly conduct audits to ensure compliance.

          Budget and Cost Management:

          • Oversee regional budgets, manage operational costs, and maximize profitability.
          • Ensure that resources are used efficiently and within budgetary constraints.

            Strategic Planning and Reporting:

            • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational performance.
            • Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, including KPIs, and present them to senior management.

              Quality Control:

              • Ensure that cleaning and security standards are maintained across all sites.
              • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor service quality.

                Problem-Solving:

                • Address operational challenges quickly and effectively, providing solutions that minimize downtime or service disruption.

                  • Bachelor's Degree
                  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Key Accounts Manager, or similar senior operational role.
                  • Strong background in warehousing, cleaning services, and/or security management (preferably across multiple sites).
