- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to create comprehensive budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Monitor budget performance and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
- Develop strategies for optimizing working capital and managing cash flow efficiently.
- Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Ensure the company is compliant with tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the company has adequate insurance coverage and risk management policies in place.
- Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
- Collaborate with senior management in developing long-term financial strategies.
- Provide financial insights to guide business decisions, including cost-benefit analysis, profitability assessments, and investment evaluations.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and professional development.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data, recognize trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring high accuracy in all financial reports and analyses.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., Excel formulas, macros, pivot tables).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role, with proven leadership experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in food manufacturing industry is a plus.
