Description:
Hire Resolve's client , an accredited training service provider based in KwaZulu-Natal, is currently seeking a Project Administrator for a 6-month contract at their Umhlanga Ridge, Durban location.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the accreditation project from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of accreditation documentation.
- Prepare for internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant institutes and standards.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to senior management.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project administration or management, preferably in a compliance or accreditation environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Certification in ISO standards or quality management systems is an advantage.
