Senior Financial Manager – Boland (Agriculture) Our client in the Boland region is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Manager to join their leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity, optimizing business processes, and driving high-level financial strategy.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in financial leadership, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to influence decision-making at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

â Oversee and present comprehensive financial and management reporting to executive leadership
â Develop and analyze weekly business KPIs to enhance financial performance
â Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process
â Ensure compliance and accuracy in financial statements and audits, working closely with auditors
â Drive financial systems development , collaborating with the ICT team for automation and reporting improvements
â Provide strategic business unit support , assisting General Managers in financial oversight and decision-making
â Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure optimal performance
â Foster and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business
â Identify financial risks, implement controls, and improve operational efficiency
â Perform high-level ad hoc tasks as required by the CFO

Key Requirements:

ð Relevant financial degree (CA(SA) / CIMA / Articles advantageous)
ð¼ Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a senior financial role
ð Proven experience in FMCG, Agriculture, or a fast-paced industry
ð» ERP system experience required (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Power BI a plus)
ð£ Strong communication and leadership skills to engage at an executive level
ð Ability to drive change, optimize processes, and enhance financial controls
ð Willing to travel as required
