A leading company is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a minimum 7+ years of experience and a degree in Engineering (Telecoms/Protocol). This role requires expertise in RF systems, VMware, and telecommunications protocols, with a strong focus on system optimization, network performance, and virtualization technologies.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The role involves working with RF systems, network protocols, and virtualization platforms such as VMware to enhance system efficiency. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, optimizing RF signal performance, managing virtualized environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Systems Engineer in telecoms or related industries
Strong expertise in telecommunications protocols and RF systems
Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.
Experience with network infrastructure, system performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Ability to work with protocol stacks and wireless communication technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms, networking concepts, and automation tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system architectures
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecoms, Protocols, or a related field) is required
