- Matric
- Honours degree (NQF Level 8) in Transport/Fleet
- 8 years’ experience in a similar environment with at least 5 years operational leadership or specialist experience.
- Excellent people management skills
- Advanced parts and vehicle components skills
- Advanced business and operations management skills
