Job Purpose

Direct the management, implementation, and monitoring of a service focused Service Centre
operation in order to achieve the efficient receipt, storage and delivery of the right goods to
the right customer at the right time.

Education and Experience
  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Logistics
  • 5 Years + experience in consumable goods

  • Plan, manage and monitor warehousing operations
  • Manage Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
  • Manage compliance to relevant safety and operational policies and procedures
  • Manage the Service Centre budgets
  • Drive Service Centre performance optimization and reporting (KPI’s)
