Description:
Our IT department is looking for a technician to provide service desk support to end users.
Key Tasks:
Provide IT support to end users:
• - Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA
• - Provide telephonic and remote support
- Perform Ad hoc tasks
Maintain IT network:
- Set up new networks
- Set up hardwares
- Install and maintain cabling
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
· Matric Certificate
· A+ Certificate
· N+ Certificate
Essential Experience:
· 1 years’ experience in IT Support
· 1 Years’ experience in hardware
· 1 Years’ experience in operating and application systems
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in software
· General experience in Linux
Knowledge and Skills:
· Working knowledge of electronic equipment
· Workable knowledge of Helpdesk systems
· Application of Microsoft Office and Linux software
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Ability to provide technical support telephonically/remotely
· Problems solving skills
