Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a proactive Administration Assistant & Customer Liaison to join their team in Richards Bay . This role is responsible for overseeing staff duties—both weighbridge and operational—when a site supervisor is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stock accountability by generating and distributing reports to customers.
- Manage office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
- Ensure sufficient staffing for the weighbridge.
- Oversee the cleanliness of weighbridges and verify accurate FEL readings when checking scales.
- Address and resolve technical or staff-related issues.

- Scan and archive customer load-out tickets.
- Serve as the primary point of communication for customers.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Administration.
