Our therapy Group Practice at Nurture Vereeniging in Gauteng is looking for a Rehab Aider to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
- Grade 12 minimum requirement
- 2 years or more relevant experience in a physical rehabilitation environment is essential
- Valid Drivers’ License, PDP advantageous
- Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
- Patient handling skills, such as transfers
- Knowledge of basic wheelchair maintenance and basic wheelchair seating requirements
- Willingness to assist in other admin areas in the facility when required
- Problem solving skills, analysis & sound decision-making
- Safety and Quality with sound knowledge of health and safety requirements for a rehabilitation setting
- Initiative-taking
- Flexibility
- Willingness to learn and grow
Minimum Salary: R9 489.74 CTC (including benefits)
