Desired Experience & Qualification
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting within the Blue Collar Industry
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Good knowledge of labour legislation
- Working knowledge of BCOE,WCA/IOD, Health and Safety, Benefits and Bargaining Councils
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities
- Effective Recruitment process
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
- Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
- Build and maintain database of suitable candidates
- Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- All other related duties
