- Engineering warehouse and procurement
- Engineering planning (preventative maintenance schedules)
- Boiler and steam services
- Water reticulation services
- Air reticulation services
- Mobile equipment such as forklifts and utility vehicles
- Processing machinery, which includes rotary cookers and retorts as well as aseptic sterilizer
- Labelling department, which includes palletizing, labelling, packaging
- Oversee Electrical and Instrumentation
- Production personnel
- Student and apprentice mentoring
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or N3 Technical Certificate in Millwrights/Electrical/Mechanical
Knowledge and Skills required:
Knowledge of FMCG equipment Good Leadership Skills Strong in Electrical Components (PLC) Excellent knowledge of Food Processing Equipment Knowledge of sterilization equipment Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work as an individual and as a team Time management skills Numerical abilities Planning and Organizing skills Good project management skills
