Key Performance Areas:
Reception/admin:
  • Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Assist with managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Help maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
  • Provide basic administrative support to team members as needed (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing).
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies and inform supervisor when reordering is needed.2. Bookkeeping:
    • Assist with basic data entry of financial transactions into Xero.
    • Help with filing and organizing financial documents.
    • Assist with reconciling bank statements (under supervision).
    • Assist with basic invoice preparation.
    • Perform other bookkeeping-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
