Key Performance Areas:Reception/admin:
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Help maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Provide basic administrative support to team members as needed (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing).
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Maintain office supplies and inform supervisor when reordering is needed.2. Bookkeeping:
- Assist with basic data entry of financial transactions into Xero.
- Help with filing and organizing financial documents.
- Assist with reconciling bank statements (under supervision).
- Assist with basic invoice preparation.
- Perform other bookkeeping-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
