Description:
Duties:Preventative maintenance: Performing routine checks and servicing on equipment to prevent breakdowns, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
Inspections and assessments: Regularly examining building systems and equipment to identify potential issues, wear and tear, and safety hazards.
Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnosing malfunctions, identifying root causes, and fixing broken equipment by replacing parts or making necessary adjustments.
Emergency repairs: Responding promptly to urgent maintenance issues like leaks, power outages, or equipment failures.
Maintaining records: Documenting maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for tracking purposes.
Safety compliance: Adhering to safety procedures and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Parts inventory management: Maintaining a stock of necessary replacement parts and ordering new parts when required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years general maintenance experience
Qualification and or experience in at least one of the following: electrical, plumbing, and / or air-conditioning and heat pump repairs and maintenance
Hotel or property maintenance experience
Knowledge of safe working procedures of tools and equipment
Knowledge of hand & electrical tools
