Job Description

My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in sales, particularly in software or technology solutions, with a strong sense of professionalism and strategic planning abilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions

Strong understanding of hardware and software products

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively

Key Responsibilities: Customer Relations

Maintain and manage existing relationships with clients

Identify the need for software solutions within every opportunity

Identify key decision-makers responsible for purchasing decisions

Prepare professional presentations and proposals, highlighting client needs, proposed solutions, associated costs, and technology used

Successfully explain technology and pricing models

Provide clients with up-to-date technical information and advice

Highlight client needs and potential solutions

Product Knowledge

Maintain current product knowledge on hardware, software solutions, and service offerings

Maximize product knowledge through hands-on training

Facilitate training and assist sales staff with product demonstrations

Maintain in-depth knowledge of hardware and software solutions

Stay up to date with market trends and client requirements

Strategic Planning

Ensure Sales Managers present realistic budgets and projections on a monthly basis

Plan and capture client visitation schedules and agendas

Maintain active records of meeting notes

Develop strong client relationships to ensure continued engagement and upgrades

Successfully handle objections and provide consultative sales solutions

Define, articulate, and present document-solution and cost-recovery propositions

Approach sales with a consultative methodology

Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all client interactions

Be comfortable engaging with stakeholders from end-users to IT specialists and board members

Stay updated on software solutions through continuous training and research

Maximize sales perf
