Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
Accurate accounting records for monthly and annual reporting Compliant accounting records for annual financial reporting and annual external audit. Timely preparation of monthly management accounts concluded by the last working day before the 10 th of each month Regular maintenance of Revenue Supplier data reporting Management of new projects profitability and relationships with operations teams to ensure smooth process Expense and profitability reports Expense and profitability reports Advise on lease versus buy decisions Assist with 5 -10 years Strategic plans Tender pricing committee for all new tenders Debt collection, expense commitment control, cash flow planning and cash flow monitoring Maintain debtors control procedures (account creation; maintenance, pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, debtors risk assessment through credit checks;debtors insurance). Review EFT''s for all purchases within the subsidiary Ensure asset control within the Medipost Subsidiary Advise on profitability of proposed business, business valuations and acquisitions Evaluation of contract pricing alternatives; tender and contract evaluation and Negotiation Ad-hoc requests and tasks as per the Group CFO/COO/GCMRequirents and Qualifications:
Bachelor of Accounting Science and completed articles 3 or More years post article experience as a manager CA (SA) Licencing and Acreditation Sage Pastel Sage VIP MS Excel Power BI/Qlikview or other Business Intelligence tools Attention to detail Staff management Self and time management Planning and organizing Cost Control Stock Management Work under Pressure Business minded Ability to interact with external auditors Ability to interact with Customers and Suppliers Financial accounting and Financial Reporting Adaptability Able to work under pressure
