Duties:
Conduct cost analysis and manage financial performance across regional branches. Lead a new department, overseeing regional cost accountants, service and parts managers, and a team of 16 inventory controllers. Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions. Engage with various stakeholders, from wash bay staff and branch managers to the COO. Travel to branches when required to ensure alignment and provide financial support. Support strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours Accounting (CTA) Fully Qualified CA(SA) Experience:
4-6 years of post-articles experience if a CA(SA) Completed Articles at the Big 4 firms
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on cost management and financial analysis. Proven ability to build rapport across all organisational levels. Experience beyond audit roles leadership and management skills required.
