Our client is seeking a Senior Specialist: Contract Management to take the lead in managing high-value customer contracts, ensuring seamless execution across business functions. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate, and develop business plans for high-value customer contracts Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigating risks while optimising revenue and cost efficiency Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth negotiation and execution of contractual matters Develop and maintain contract governance structures, risk management models, and financial analytics Implement contract management systems to streamline governance and operational effectiveness Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance contract performance and customer relationshipsIdeal Candidate:
