Job duties
Going through claimant folders, adding and listing documents in reports and addendum reports; Adding and summarising reports and documents and adding them to reports and addendum reports; Obtaining collateral information and requesting proof of earnings from claimants; Finding out what documents/reports are required and following up to obtain required reports, documents, collateral; Keeping record of all documents received and outstanding in Airtable, Ensuring claimant contact numbers are obtained for online assessments Confirming appointments with claimants and asking them to bring their CV and proof of earnings to their assessment; Ensuring all record keeping (Airtbable) is up-to-date; Ensuring the overall Dropbox folder is kept organised (duplicates deleted, folders in correct place); namws correctly Managing joint minutes, (following up with opposing industrial psychologist and sending them out); Keeping record of all work done for invoicing purposes; Sending out deposit invoices prior to the release of reports and keeping track of when they are paid by updating Airtbale; staying on top of all deposit invoicing Ensuring record keeping is kept up to date daily; Allocating work to industrial psychologist in a logical manner; Communicating with clients as to when they will receive completed work in a friendly and professional manner; Asking clients to provide collateral information prior to the industrial psychologist working on the matter; ensuring clients bring CV, payslips, IRP5s etc to the assessment, Constantly learning more regarding reports, opinions and joint minutes, taking note of corrections made work done by means of the review and compare function on Microsoft Word; Communicating well with clients and colleagues in a professional organised manner; and Building and maintaining good relations with clients and colleagues.
