Description:

Are you an experienced Office Administrator with Pastel training and experience who is multi-skilled, can work under pressure, is well organised, have an eye for detail and can think for yourself but is willing to still learn? My client, in business since 2006, is looking for an Office Administrator with good general Administration skills to:
  • Do Invoicing
  • Answer the telephone
  • Manage the reception area. (Few visitors are expected so this will be a very small part of duties)
  • Do scanning, photocopying, binding, etc.
  • Assist where required in the office or factory with general (reasonable) tasks like printing labels, etc.
  • Do any other general Office Administration tasks and duties
You may be the successful candidate to join the Parklands factory team to exceed customer and management expectations if you are a lady ideally between 30 and 40 years old and have:
  • Experience working with Pastel.
  • A proven track record (3+ years) as an Office Administrator or similar position
  • The personality attributes and administrative skills typically associated with successful Office Administrators
  • Grade 12 plus, preferably, some secondary Computer, Admin or other relevant education.
  • Basic Bookkeeping/Accounting skills
  • Experience working with MS Office suite.
  • Good bilingual (Afrikaans & English) communication skills (verbal & written).
