About the Role

A leading organization is seeking a Market Risk Senior Manager to join its Financial Risk Management practice. In this role, you will help financial services clients navigate complex market risk challenges, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving strategic risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market risk advisory engagements, including risk modelling, hedging, interest rate risk management, and liquidity risk measurement.
• Provide expert insights on counterparty credit risk, capital markets processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee quantitative financial risk projects related to foreign exchange, interest rate, credit, and commodity risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert on IFRS standards, hedge accounting, derivative valuation, and risk modeling.
• Mentor and lead junior team members while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Engage with global networks to drive innovation and business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial risk management, consulting, or banking.
• Strong technical expertise in market risk analysis and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work in a project-based
