Join an FMCG team as a Maintenance Manager in Gauteng!
Your responsibilities will entail managing staff, compliance enforcement, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement of plant efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll manage the day-to-day activities of all engineering functions on the site; this includes infrastructure maintenance and operational projects.
Requirements:
Key qualifications for the role include a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5- 8 years’ experience in a similar environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Additional skills required include deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, ammonia refrigeration, and various health and safety regulations.
