Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth and develop strong customer relationships in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on promoting company products, generating leads, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate is a young, dynamic salesperson with 5 years of experience, strong marketing knowledge, and the ability to travel for client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base in the manufacturing sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
2.Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Address customer inquiries, provide technical product knowledge, and negotiate contracts.
3.Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing efforts.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand market reach.
4.Sales Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Young and energetic candidate with a passion for sales.
- Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel within South Africa when required.
Minimum Requirements:
1.Education & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional training in industrial or manufacturing sales (advantageous).
2.Experience:
- 5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
