Our client have an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join their team and contribute to the development of high-performance electrical solutions.As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing power and distribution transformers for various applications. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring their products meet industry standards and customer specifications.

• Design and develop electrical schematics for power and distribution transformers .
• Perform calculations and simulations to optimize transformer performance.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards such as IEC, IEEE, and ANSI .
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, manufacturing teams, and customers to refine designs.
• Conduct fault analysis, testing, and validation of transformer designs.
• Provide technical support for production, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Requirements
â Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
â Experience in designing power and distribution transformers .
â Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or equivalent.
â Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, insulation systems, and thermal management .
â Knowledge of international transformer design standards .
â Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
â Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary engineering team .
