Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to coordinate our purchase orders, invoices and back orders. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and manage customer back orders.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries. As well as this, you will need to monitor inventory levels and maintain company records and databases.
This is a full time 45 hour per week office-based opportunity. The salary include market related basic and sales comm, and will be commensurate with the candidates' skills and abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone, WhatsApp or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Track product inventory levels to ensure the operations manager is aware of company supply levels of important products.
- Coordinate deliveries with customers.
- Keep track of back orders for customers, ensuring these are fulfilled as soon as possible.

- High level of attention to detail and the ability to stay focused and organized under pressure.
- Proficient communication skills and good emotional control.
