This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will assume responsibility for overseeing the full financial function, including financial statements, management reports, and compliance with IFRS, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting. Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to drive profitability, manage the financial performance of the property portfolio, ensuring optimal returns on investment, conduct financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
