Job Description:

Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to scale and lead high-performing engineering teams
Solid software development background with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Mastery of modern development practices (CI/CD, SDLC)
Experience with engineering performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, DORA metrics)
Strategic decision-making skills to optimize technical trade-offs and resource planning
Strong people management and coaching expertise

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
