Description:

Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a highly organized and proactive PA/Office Administrator to join their team in Durban. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who excels in office management, administrative support, and executive assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal assistant support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining records, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and database management.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
  • Support in basic financial administration, including invoicing, petty cash management, and budget tracking.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Cleaning and Industrial Solutions industry would be advantageous.
