Strong payroll and HR skills Hard working and approachable. Honest and trustworthy. Able to manage the entire HR and Payroll Dept. with the assistance of the Payroll Admin Able to take ownership of the role, hit the road running, go the extra mile & put the much-needed time & effort in to get the dept. running smoothly & efficiently 10+ years payroll administrator/management experience Non-corporate working environment. Strict attention to detail.

Payroll Skills minimum requirement

Strong Sage VIP Premier skills, including but not limited to: Able to setup and manage all the varying aspects of hourly paid staff Able to utilize a clocking system to manage employee hours, export from clocking system to import into VIP. Familiar with an ESS system Fully functional to activate leave pay during shutdown period, whilst understanding the effects thereof on the months figures Leave Module fully functional and understands the setup and effects thereof Skills Module Setup and management of definitions Reporting fully functional on both Reports and Maintenance, SMART reporting as well as payroll listing and history reporting MOCs, MC & IC screens etc. Software updates Managing of back-ups Flexi Utility imports and exports GL exports and is able to understand the effects the VIP transactions have on the accounting side and able to manage this dynamic at the time of the payroll transaction in order to avoid payroll queries. Basically, able to manage the entire VIP payroll system accurately and efficiently MEIBC and MIBFA experience essential Management of all third-parties - payments, submissions, correspondence, applications, resignations etc. RMA Annual returns Biannual EMP501 on VIP and Easyfile Stats SA Questionnaires
