- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and itinerary management systems.
- Ability to manage supplier correspondence, including availability requests, quotes, and final invoices.
- Experience in drafting itineraries, cost breakdowns, and capturing guest details.
- Accuracy in reviewing supplier and guest invoices before submission.
- Ability to track and organize guest documents efficiently.
- Experience in the travel industry (1-3 years preferred) or willingness to learn.
