The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reception and guest services at this prestigious Estate. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring guests and visitors receive a seamless experience.Candidate Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Hospitality diploma or degree
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Must be fully computer literate and have practical experience working on Opera
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous leadership experience required and be able to lead and motivate a team, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- Must have great communication and strong networking skills
- Knowledge of Conference coordinating, quoting and planning
- Able to do Forecasting and Reporting and Roster planning
- A passion for people and hospitality is essential
- The ability to stay organized and work under pressure
- Must be a confident and goal orientated individual
- Good communication skills - oral and written is essentialThis a live out position
