Key Responsibilities:Lead and design data-driven consulting programs, focusing on new products, strategy, digital innovation, and commercial services. Solve complex strategic challenges and create actionable roadmaps for client program delivery. Manage large, multi-market projects, ensuring collaboration and synergies across teams. Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless delivery of consulting services. Drive business development through consultative sales and the successful delivery of projects. Mentor junior team members and promote the adoption of global best practices. Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with internal standards and risk management protocols. Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in financial services or consulting, specifically in payments, cards, or banking. Experience in these areas is non-negotiable. Strong client management and consulting skills, with proven ability to influence senior management. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; superior project management skills. A post-graduate degree is preferred. Extensive experience working in a multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. Leadership & Personal Skills:
Proven ability to demonstrate integrity and a constructive approach to business challenges. Skilled in stakeholder influence and leading change management initiatives. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team management abilities. Additional Information:
