Job requirements:
Align engineering capabilities with product and business needs
Drive org changes, growth strategies, and advocate for engineers' needs
Support managers in handling performance issues and team development
Track key metrics such as time-to-productivity and team scalability
Skills & experience:
Experience as a software developer with a strong leadership background
Proven ability to scale and lead engineering teams in SaaS or startup environments
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern software development practices
Experience with OKRs, KPIs, DORA metrics, and strategic technical decision-making
Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
