This company plays a vital role in international trade, supplying high-quality products to global markets while maintaining strict financial and operational controls.As the Financial Manager , you will report directly to senior leadership and oversee the full finance function, including management accounts, financial reporting, compliance, and HR-related responsibilities . Your expertise in Sage 300 will be critical in ensuring seamless financial operations, month-end and year-end closures, and accurate reconciliations. Additionally, your hands-on approach will support plant efficiency and cost management .
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Manufacturing/plant-based finance experience is essential
- Proficiency in Sage 300
- Strong background in management accounts, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience handling month-end and year-end closures
- Ability to perform HR-related functions, including payroll oversight
- Hands-on, operational mindset with a keen eye for cost control and efficiency
