Our client based in Montague Gardens requires a confident individual who is reliable and trustworthy, someone who enjoys being organised and a team player. We require a well-spoken people’s person who is able to multi-task all the needs of our client’s busy department. REQUIREMENTS:- Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication skills and bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Confident team player who is strong with multi-tasking
- Dedicated worker who can manage tasks independently
DUTIES:
- Dealing with Clients telephonically with enquiries
- Assisting walk-in customers
- Managing correspondence within the department
- Updating and administrating Excel spread sheets including formulas
- Assisting Administration Manager with relevant tasks at hand
- Managing all tasks accurately and timeously
- Additional ad-hoc duties required in any area that the team requires
SALARY: R7000 cost to company – provident fund included
