The Role:
As a Senior Solar Project Engineer , you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of solar PV projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, engineering, and optimization of solar PV systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Oversee the commissioning, testing, and performance analysis of solar installations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in solar PV project engineering, including utility-scale projects.
• Proficiency in PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, inverters, and grid connections.
• Experience with permitting, regulatory approvals, and HSE compliance.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
