Hermanus: My client, a renowned winery situated in the beautiful Overberg platteland, is seeking to employ a charismatic and dynamic Wine Tasting Manager/Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Key r esponsibilities include but are not limited to :- Tasting Venue Management: Oversee the general operation and management of the Wine Tasting venue, ensuring a memorable and authentic experience for all visitors.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the venue and the wine brand, including managing POS systems and databases.
- Client and Relationship Management: Maintain and extend relationships with corporate, restaurant, reseller, and hospitality clients
- Event Planning and Management: Plan, market, and manage on-site and off-site events to grow sales and brand awareness.
- Electronic Media Management: Plan, control, and execute electronic media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement through various channels.
- A high level of proficiency in English and Afrikaans: Verbal, written and reading
- Previous experience at a 5-star wine establishment or hospitality industry, with great emphasis on Wine Tasting knowledge
