IT Field Technician

Description:

The successful applicant, will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers and performing various IT equipment repairs. The role will involve assisting with IT infrastructure setup and maintenance, implementing system and equipment upgrades and provide required support. Further, the successful applicant will be required to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, be “hands on” and will be required to render services within the maintenance department, as well as the hosting of guests.Desired Knowledge and Skills - Routers and Switches - Networking Knowledge - Maintenance Knowledge - Office 365 Knowledge and Competency- Wireless Infrastructure - VOIP (3XC Software) Equivalent to grade 12 pass

2 Years Desktop Support and 2 Years Hardware Support
Possession of valid driver’s licence
