My client, a well-established National Company, has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator / Customer Service with at least 2-3 years experience in an office administration role to join their Somerset West branch Requirements:- Grade 12
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in an office admin role
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, Excel, Outlook and MS Word.
- Display a positive solutions-based mindset
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Good Organizational and administration skills
- Strong ability to grow and develop product knowledge skills
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
- Be able to work under pressure and manage a varied workload
- Extremely accurate
- Establish strong, trusting relationships with customers and company sales staff
- Attending to telephone calls and recording verbal orders
- Capture orders onto SAGE – received via email and Portals
- Raising any issues preventing daily invoicing and order capturing
- Attend to counter customers and order processing
- Invoicing picked orders and collating route supporting documents
- Capturing and recording information on the control sheet
- Ad hoc tasks to support the Warehouse Manager
- Filing and record-keeping for the brand activities
- Attending to telephone/switchboard and passing on messages or customer requests.
- Complete info required for ATRs
- Attending customer promos. Includes Saturday promo every 2 months
