Job Description
The ideal team player will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of admin regarding invoices, contracts and grain transactions.
Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF 4
- At least 2- Years’ experience within a similar role
- Proficient in the MS Office package with emphasis on MS Excel
Duties And Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach staff within the department to promote teamwork, cohesion and engagement.
- Actively support team members to ensure internal deadlines & KPIs are met.
- Play an integral role in Change Management within the department.
- Continuous liaison with internal and external departments to ensure effective communication and aid in the rendering of services.
- Timely completion and follow-up of administrative duties (admin assignments).
- Overall management of administrative function within the Grain department.
- To mentor and coach all staff involved on an ongoing basis to maintain standards, practices and processes.
