Role Overview

Simplify.hr is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving growth by introducing our HR technology solutions to the market. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to executives in the HR and recruitment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of prospects’ HR technology needs and pain points.
  • Solution Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Sales Closing: Navigate complex sales processes to secure contracts and achieve sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM to track sales activities, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging HR technology innovations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured and detailed approach to managing leads and tracking sales pipeline performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, with a preference for HR software.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with HR technology, recruitment processes, or onboarding tools is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
    • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
