My client, a well established group of companies within the Agricultural industry, is seeking to employ a Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with a relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications/Project Management or a related field.The ideal candidate work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated campaigns and drive meaningful brand and CSR impact. The Marketing & CSR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives across all operational business units within the group.
This role ensures that marketing efforts effectively strengthen brand positioning and support business growth, while CSR initiatives align with the company’s values and social impact objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage budgets.
  • Organising internal and external events.
  • Liaise with and brief external agencies, ensuring all processes and group standards are adhered to.
  • Responsible for all promotional stock, clothing and relevant stock take.
  • Distribution of quarterly market reports.
  • Briefing and communicating to all relevant stakeholders (Internal and External).
  • Measure and report brand performance on all marketing campaigns, assessing measures against goals and providing insights for improvement.
  • Manage Social Media pages with external agency
  • Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Plan and execute CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact measurement.
  • Communicate and promote CSR efforts internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive CSR initiatives.
  • Develop communication materials to showcase CSR efforts
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications/Project Management or related field.
  • Project management, organisational or marketing experience will be beneficial.
  • At least 3 years + experience in a similar role.
