Description:
Costing Clerk Duties:
- Monitoring off all shipments to ensure costings are prepared accurately and on-time for shipments that have berthed.
- Request final clearing and shipping line documents and check various rate cards.
- Obtain all relevant documents from the shipping department for inclusion in costings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and on-time estimated costings in excel files.
- Finalize all costings based on documentation received and process costing in NetSuite.
- Any ad-hoc requests from management.
HR Clerk Duties
- Preparation of leave reconciliation and leave planner.
- Maintenance and filing of all Crusaders Corporate SOPs.
- Prepare FTC contracts for submission to payroll.
- Leave approvals and verifications.
- ERS System management.
- Follow up on expiring permits and passports.
- On-time and accurate preparation of overtime.
- On-time and accurate calculation of picking & attendance incentives.
- Filing of FTCs and Warnings/dismissals.
- Obtain new employee’s information.
- Any ad-hoc requests from management.

- Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate (NQF 4)
Experience
- Minimum: 2 years’ experience as a Costing Clerk
- Experience in HR advantageous.
