Our client within the Hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who has in-depth experience within the hospitality industry, this position is based in the Pretoria East area. Requirements :Â- Matric / Grade 12Â
- Accounting or Financial qualificationÂ
- 5+ yearsâ Procurement / Purchasing / Buying experience
- Cost Control / procurement in Hotel industry ( Essential ).
- Reporting of hotel performance relating to Procurement / PurchasingÂ
- Must have fast experience / knowledge of the Hospitality / Hotel industry ( Not Negotiable )Â
- MS. Office
- Excellent communication skills (speak, read and write)
- Driverâs license and own reliable transport
- Manage the full Procurement cycle
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Assisting with reporting on Cost of sales in the hotel, audit, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Purchasing Department
