The role involves overseeing and managing daily operations and administration. You’ll maintain relationships with carriers, manage team workflow, address team concerns, train employees, and set departmental goals. Responsibilities also cover drafting quotations, managing client communications, handling invoice queries, procuring suppliers, managing drivers, and engaging with unions.
Requirements:
Required qualifications include a Matric, along with at least 5 years of experience in transport and fleet management within the supply chain industry.
