Installation Testing Technician
Area: Roodepoort
Salary Package : R13000 plus medical aid, provident fund, 13 th cheque, performance bonus
Overview: To coordinate and test all installations and maintenance work of security products
Duties:
· Coordinating and testing of installations and maintenance of security products
· Telephone assistance with trouble shooting, checking quality adherence and technical issues
· Setup configuration and testing off all equipment on internal systems
· Monitoring ticketing system
· Be on standby over weekends/after hours for any issues (roster within department)
· Ensure all asset information, technical information is up to date on internal systems
· Always ensure system integrity and data base integrity
Requirements:
- Telephonic Assistance: 1 to 2 years
- Testing Installations : 1 to 2 years
- Configure Equipment : 1 to 2 years
- Monitor Ticketing System : 1 to 2 years
Requirements:
· Matric Certificate
· Relevant qualification will be beneficial
· Customer Service Experience
· IT Support Experience
· It will be beneficial if has experience has been gained working with Security Technology products
Remuneration:
· Basic Salary R13 000 depending on experience

· 13 th Cheque in Birthday Month
