Reporting into the Divisional Executive Services & Relations, the incumbent would be responsible for Relationship Management with our key agricultural customers, making sure that customers are served according to the Company's practices and standards. Minimum Requirements
- BSc (Agricultural Economics) or related field
- 4 years’ experience in the agri-business industry, specifically within the packaging material environment
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales management aptitude including advanced negotiation skills

Growth- Develop and implement strategies to build strong business relationships with existing and new customers
- Initiate Agri solutions for customers leading to increased Agri sales in line with sales target within the River System
- Promote and sell our company’s product offering and other related services to customers
- Compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and support
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities
- Identify and collect data from internal & external sources to support customer relationship management
- Using data for B2B interaction leading to business growth
